Most orders are shipped via DHL/Deutsche Post *.

Prices for shipping are as follows:

Germany: 5€ - free shipping for orders above 100€

EU: 10€

There may be some delays in some EU countries due to the local Covid situation.

Rest of the world: 12-15€ 

Rest of the world (Covid update): Please get in touch via e-mail before ordering to get an up-to-date shipping time and pricing estimate.

USA (Covid update): At the moment due to Covid the only shipping option to the US is with UPS and the minimum cost will be between 50 and 100 € (depending on location). However UPS has been really reliable and most packages were delivered within one week. Please get in touch before ordering to get an accurate timing and pricing estimate for your order.

* Full online tracking is not always available, for most overseas countries the only available information available will be the date of posting, date of the shipment crossing the border and date of delivery. Depending on your country there may be an option for online tracking which you can book for an additional price. Please get in touch via email to get an estimate for this.
